What does Rise Rebuilder do?
Rise Rebuilder reconstructs your entire Rise course by simulating keyboard entries and mouse clicks. It uses the Web export of your original (US) Rise course and rebuilds it block by block in the new (EU) environment.
What does it rebuild?
It adds all Riseblocks and fills almost all Rise blocks with the original text: text, paragraphs, headings, subheadings, multiple choice, multiple select, accordions, tabs, timelines, labeled graphics, lists, quotes, statement variations, image blocks, image and text, text on image, captions and lesson titles. It does not rebuild Articulte Storyline files and the scenario block.
Do I need to install a program?
No. Many employees are not allowed to install software on their work computer, or installation requires a long approval process. Rise Rebuilder works through a reliable open-source browser extension called UI.Vision. This extension does not require installation.
How much time will it save me?
Around 80 percent of your time compared to manual copy and paste. You also eliminate the risk of mistakes or missing content. The exact time saved depends on how your course is structured. If your course contains many visual tweaks, such as custom background colors or unique styling, RiseRebuilder will not copy those. Everything else is transferred accurately and consistently.
Can I use this for any Rise course?
Yes, as long as you have access to the Web export of the original course. The script rebuilds the structure without requiring access to the original Rise server.
Is my data safe?
You can choose the approach that fits your situation best.
-You can use the stateless online converter from any laptop. Nothing is stored, and the process stays completely separate from your company systems.

Can I edit the course after rebuilding?
Yes. After the rebuild is complete, the course behaves like any normal Rise course. You can adjust text, replace media, change settings, and publish as usual.
